Summary: This detailed report highlights real-world examples from Cambodia of how local communities, NGOs, and government officials are successfully managing small-scale and marine fisheries: Community Fisheries (CFis) and Marine Fisheries Management Areas (MFMAs) give legal authority to local fishers to co-manage resources.
