Because they felt shy, the women made a bet with the men to build mountains—whoever lost would be the one to go and propose. The men were outsmarted by the women and lost the bet. The men’s mountain became lower than the women’s mountain, and that is why, from that time until today, men are the ones who go to propose to women.
