មានសត្វគីង្គក់ពីរនាក់ម៉ែកូនរស់នៅក្បែរបឹង​មួយ ។​ ថ្ងៃមួយកូនឃើញស្វាយទុំក៏រំអុកម្តាយ ចង់សុី ម្តាយមិនអាចឡើងបេះបានក៏ប្រាប់កូនអោយរង់ចាំអោយស្វាយទុំជ្រុះសិន តែកូនមិនព្រម ។ ម្តាយក៏ប្រឹងតោងវល្ល៏តែដោយអស់កម្លាំងពេកក៏របូតដៃធ្លាក់មកដីស្លាប់ទៅ ។

There were two frogs, a mother and her child, living near a pond.​ One day, the young frog saw a ripe mango and excitedly told her mother that she wanted to eat it.
The mother couldn't climb up to pick the mango, so she told her child to wait until the mango naturally fell.
But the child refused to wait.
The mother then tried to climb up by using vines, but she became too exhausted, lost her grip, and fell to the ground — and died.
