វិបុត្រជាអ្នកនេសាទត្រី ថ្ងៃមួយគាត់បានឃើញក្មេងមួយក្រុមចាប់កូនអណ្តើកលេង ដោយក្តីអានិតគាត់ក៏បានសុំអណ្តើកពីក្មេងៗនោះ​ យកទៅពន្លែងក្នុងទឹក ។​ ថ្ងៃបន្ទាប់គាត់ក៏បានឃើញអណ្តើកមួយដ៏ធំអោនក្បាលអោយវិបុត្រឡើងជិះទៅរាជវាំងនៅក្រោមសមុទ្រ ។​វិបុត្របានជួបនឹងព្រះរាជាទ្រង់បានអរគុណវិបុត្រ ហើយបានរៀបអភិសេកអោយវិបុត្រនិងកូនអណ្តើកដែលជាបុត្រីខ្លួន ។​ ថ្ងៃមួយដោយក្តីរលឺកស្រុកកំនើតគាត់ក៏សុំមហេសីមកលេងផ្ទះ​​ មហេសីក៏អោយប្រអប់មាសមួយតែហាមមិនអោយបើកទេ ។ ពេលមកដល់ផ្ទះគាត់មិនអាចរកផ្ទះឃើញ គាត់ក៏បើកប្រអប់នោះហើយគាត់ក៏បានក្លាយជាតាចាស់​។​

Vibot was a fisherman. One day, he saw a group of children playing with a baby turtle. Out of compassion, he asked the children for the turtle and released it back into the water.
The next day, he saw a large turtle raise its head and invite Vibot to ride on its back to the underwater . There, Vibot met the king, who thanked him and arranged a royal wedding between Vibot and the baby turtle — who was actually the king’s daughter.
Later, feeling nostalgic for his homeland, Vibot asked his royal wife for permission to visit his village. She agreed and gave him a golden box, warning him not to open it under any circumstances.
However, when he arrived, he couldn’t find his old home. In his confusion, he opened the golden box — and instantly turned into an old man.
