ស្រីស្អាត (Beauty) ជាកូនស្រីមានចិត្តល្អ សុភាពរាបសា រស់នៅជាមួយឪពុក និងបងស្រី។ ម្តងមួយឪពុកនាងធ្វើដំណើរទៅឆ្ងាយ ហើយបានបាត់ចូលទៅក្នុងវីឡារបស់ មេធ្មប់ (Beast)។ ពេលឪពុកយកផ្កាកុលាបមកឲ្យកូន សត្វមេធ្មប់ក្រហមចេញ ហើយបង្ខំឱ្យឪពុកឬកូនម្នាក់មកស្នាក់នៅជាមួយវា ដើម្បីបង់ឱ្យខូច។ ស្រីស្អាតស្ម័គ្រចិត្តទៅស្នាក់នៅជាមួយវា។

នៅក្នុងវីឡា មេធ្មប់មានរូបរាងគួរឱ្យខ្លាច ប៉ុន្តែចិត្តល្អ ហើយថែរក្សា ស្រីស្អាតយ៉ាងអំណត់។ កាលណានាងស្នាក់នៅយូរៗ នាងបានឃើញថា ខាងក្នុងមេធ្មប់មានចិត្តល្អ មិនមែនដូចរូបរាងខាងក្រៅឡើយ។

ចុងក្រោយ ស្រីស្អាតទទួលស្គាល់ថា នាងស្រឡាញ់មេធ្មប់។ តែពេលនាងបង្ហាញចិត្តស្រឡាញ់ មេធ្មប់ត្រូវបានបំប្លែងវិញ ទៅជាព្រះអង្គកូនចៅស្ដេច ដែលត្រូវសាបផ្តាសាឲ្យមានរូបរាងជាសត្វ។ ពួកគេរស់នៅជាមួយគ្នាយ៉ាងសុខសាន្ត។

Beauty is a kind and gentle young woman who lives with her father and sisters. One day, her father gets lost while traveling and enters the castle of a Beast. When he picks a rose for Beauty, the Beast appears and demands that either the father or one of his daughters must stay in the castle as punishment. Beauty volunteers to go.

At first, the Beast looks frightening, but he treats Beauty with kindness and care. Over time, she realizes that the Beast has a good and gentle heart despite his appearance.

In the end, Beauty admits that she loves the Beast. The moment she declares her love, the Beast is transformed back into a handsome prince, who had been cursed to live as a beast. Beauty and the Prince live happily together.
