Summary: ចាប់ពីសតវត្សទី១៦-១៨ សិលាចារឹកជាច្រើនត្រូវបានរកឃើញនៅក្នុងប្រាសាទបុរាណនានាទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ សិលាចារឹកទាំងនេះភាគច្រើនជាភាសាខ្មែរ។ ភាគច្រើនត្រូវបានចារឹកលើសសរ និងជញ្ជាំងប្រាសាទ ហើយធ្វើនៅលើដង្ហែសាសនាទៅកាន់ប្រាសាទទាំងនោះ ដែលជានិមិត្តសញ្ញារបស់ខ្មែរ។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងការធ្វើធម្មយាត្រានេះ ក៏ជាឱកាសសម្រាប់ពួកអភិជនធ្វើបុណ្យដោយការដោះលែង “ទាសករ”។ ប្រលោមលោកនាំអ្នកអានទៅមើលឱកាសដ៏កម្រទាំងនោះបានកើតឡើងជាងបួនសតវត្សមុន។Summary: From the 16th-18th centuries, numerous inscriptions are found in ancient temples across Cambodia. Most of these inscriptions are in the Khmer language. Most of them are inscribed on the pillars and walls of the temples and made on the religious pilgrimage to those temples, the symbol of Khmer. Along with the pilgrimage, it is also the occasion for the nobles to make merit by releasing “slaves.” The novel takes readers to witness those rare occasions that happened over four centuries ago.
