One night, when a thunderstorm arrives for the first time, Hoppity hears loud noises—thunder, flashes of lightning, maybe wind and rain—and becomes frightened because everything is unfamiliar.<br/><br/>Hoppity struggles with fear and uncertainty. The darkness, the loud sounds, the bright flashes all make Hoppity feel unsafe and unsure.
