ព្រះបាទព្រហ្មទត្ត ជាស្តេចសោយរាជ្យនៅនគរពារាណសីជាស្វាមីរបស់នាងកាកី ។ នាងកាកីជាស្រីចិត្តមិនស្មោះនាងបានចាប់ចិត្តស្រលាញ់គ្រុឌដែលជាបុរសសង្ហារ។ ក្រោយមកទៀតនាងក៏ស្រលាញ់បុរសម្នាក់ទៀត ធ្វើអោយគ្រុឌខឺងយ៉ាងខ្លាំង ក៏យកនាងទៅប្រគល់អោយព្រះបាទព្រហ្មទត្តវិញ ដោយភាពមិនស្មោះត្រង់ ទ្រង់ក៏យកនាងទៅចងលើក្បូនហើយបណ្តែតនាងតាមទឹករហូតលង់ទឺកស្លាប់ ។ King Brahmadatta, the king of Varanasi, was the husband of Kaki. Kaki was a disloyal woman who fell in love with Kruda, a handsome man.
Later, she fell in love with another man, which made him very angry. He took her back to King Brahmadatta, who was unfaithful. He tied her to a raft and floated her down the river until she drowned.
